Cancellations
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed after a session has taken place.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We may offer service credits or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Prepaid packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

- In instances of emergencies or unforeseen events, we will evaluate refund requests with compassion and fairness.
