• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed after a session has taken place.
• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We may offer service credits or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
• Prepaid packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
